Since our inception, Equestrian Management Agency has worked with many riders around the world on their personal brands and commercial endeavours. Whether this is a short term assignment or for as long as ten years and beyond, our management is tailored to each individuals needs and goals.
Our work spans those in Dressage, Showjumping and eventing and we are exceptionally proud of all that we achieved throughout the years, illustrated in a small snapshot of some of those riders below.

Through the era of Valegro and all the horses that came after, we were the exclusive management team for Charlotte Dujardin handling the building of her brand.
Over the last ten years, we established her values and worked across the digital landscape to communicate these. We handled and sourced all of her sponsorships, media requests, PR, as well as national and international masterclasses.
We also found her new opportunities to bring her to wider audiences, such as securing a role in an Netflix Original in 2017, interviews with equestrian and non equestrian press, (such as the in depth piece in The New Yorker) and securing her autobiography with Penguin Random House, released on March 7th 2018, which went on to be a Sunday Times Best Seller.

Managed the strategy, messenging and audience engagement across all digital platforms.

During the representation, we established some new collaborations for Guillermo between 2021 and 2022 including with DeNiro, Roeckl and Kep Italia whilst bringing him more profile internationally. We continue to be a big supporter of Guillermo and he remains in the EMA family.

Starting from scratch, we established new collaborations and sponsorships for Harrison and achieved an extensive amount of commercial activity during the two and half year period. We also introduced him to elite riders around the world, including six times Olympian, Carl Hester, with whom he now trains with.

Masterclasses: Harrison was a masterclass demo rider for the following riders - Carl Hester, Ingrid Klimke, Daniel Bachmann Andersen, Jessica von Bredow Werndl.
He had an healthy presence on social media with 44.900 Instagram followers (Jan 2021) and stood at 97,000 (Jan 2024)
EMA also assisted in choosing the Kirkland Dressage name for the sales and training business, as well as sourcing a designer for the logo, creating a website, Google workspace and assets required for the business. Kirkland was also given sponsorship of several EMA events throughout 2023 both in the UK, US and Canada in return for event promotion.
